Commercial Large Loss

Thank you and your hardworking contractors. They all take great pride in their work. I feel like I have a new house and I will highly recommend CB Construction and Design Services to all my friends.

We crossed the finish line today with the restoration. Thank you so much for all of the effort that you and the CB team put into making this happen and such a great outcome. Every member of the team did a great job on their respective crafts, and also a great job being customer focused and representing CB Construction very well. Thank you!

On September 2nd of 2015 we had a flood at our home and through Stanley Steamer we got CB Construction to do the work at our house. We would like to let you know that Jonathan was present every step of the way overseeing the project and making suggestions. Your employees Kevin, Mike and Larry were very helpful and courteous. It was a difficult time for us being away from our house for four months but seeing the results now makes us feel much better. Please thank Jonathan and the crew.

Carl wanted you to know how impressed I was with Jonathan, Larry, and Jim. I live in West Palm Beach and Jon came to appraise the restoration work and came when it was finished. He is a fine gentleman who is professional, personable and a pleasure to do business with. The workmen Larry and Jim also impressed me, being very polite and thoughtful in asking questions, like did you get everything out of the room they were working on. They did the work the 3rd week of January 2016. They worked efficiently and always with a smile on their face and did a great job cleaning up. Larry and Jim were also professional, personable, and prompt. Please tell all 3 of them how impressed and pleased I was with their work and your company. The reason I take time to write is after 29 years at FPL it was always nice to get letters from customers about your good and excellent customer service. These three men are an asset to your team at CB Construction.

I received a call from Mr. L today and we discussed the claim and repairs at his home. Mr. L was very gracious and pleased with the workmanship and service provided by CB Construction during the rebuild phase of this loss. Mr. L specifically called out Mark and Jonathan regarding their ability to serve and assist during the process which was difficult for the insured. I just wanted to say thank you for your professionalism and assistance with this claim and I have copied our vendor team on this email as well to inform them of the excellent feedback from the insured as your company’s information was recently submitted to their department for review to be considered for our contractor network program. Thank you again for your efforts and professionalism assisting our insured through this difficult time.

We love the kitchen and appreciate the work that CB did for us. Next adventure might be a new bathroom. So maybe we will give you a call soon.

I’m enjoying my new kitchen thanks to your crew who did such a great job. You certainly have one fine bunch of guys. All were gentlemen, courteous and diligent in getting the job done. They were always on time and did what they said they would do. I can’t praise them enough. Tony and Jon followed through in handling the business end. Kevin was especially helpful with his suggestions and advice. He certainly is the best of the best.

I recently had work done by your company due to water damage. Besides the obvious stress of having repairs being done when you had not planned on it and having people in your home almost every day, I must tell you everybody from your crew were exceptional. From your job coordinators like Tony who passed it over to Jonathan to the tile contractors, everyone was very professional. Phone calls were answered timely and our concerns were dealt with. With all that said and done the two members of your company that stood out the most were John and Jess. These two guys, who were at our house most, made my wife and I both very comfortable. Trust me this is a unique quality that I’m sure you’re aware of. Both John and Jess listened and helped us feel confident that everything was going to be just fine. Not only are they good at what they do, but they were prompt, very polite, all while leaving our house as clean as possible at the end of the day. If I were starting a company these two men would be my cornerstones. You do not get any better advertising than by word of mouth, and in this case, you’re getting it for free, just by the way these two gentlemen handle themselves. Please give out thanks to everyone.
